Red Marker Sweet Vermouth
Sandymount’s Red marker Sweet Vermouth celebrates the coming together of Aotearoa’s finest wines. Red Marker is also blended with Pinot noir brandy and handpicked botanicals from around Sandymount Distillery.
Aromatic, vibrant, and built with deep rich dried stone fruit flavours underpinned by elaborate layers of botanicals with a spicy oak barrel finish.
Often seen as a third of a classic negroni, sweet vermouth is also an aperitif that can be served neat and chilled – some recommend a burnt orange peel garnish too.
