Inspired by the Ti Kouka tree, the symbol of Sandymount Distillery, Tī Kōuka Forest gin showcases vibrant and versatile botanicals
native to New Zealand.

This gin includes Kawakawa, Horopito,

Tarata, Ti Kouka bark, Harakeke seed,

and Manuka.

Aniseed and Mānuka are at the front of the palette, along with smokiness which leads to a pepper and sweet juniper finish.
The gin has a slight heat of horopito with earthy undertones, and an overall smooth texture.
